Macau food hunt, come and drool together!!

We're still missing the food in Macau! Special taste, with a blend of Chinese and Portuguese cuisine. Marvelous!! I love all the noodles with soup here. Try those with Portuguese style (葡国。。、葡式。。), you'll be surprised. Sometimes the appearance aint that attractive, apart from that, everything is good.

Tips: Pick the restaurants with a lot of local old folks, they know where to find nice food.

Lunch upon arrival. Just 5 minutes walk from Ole Lodon Hotel.










Dumpling noodle soup. 云吞面


Beef noodle. 牛腩面


Fish noodle. 吉列鱼扒面


Pork rib rice. 排骨饭


Pork fillet spaghetti. 猪扒意粉


My grandma. If I look so beautiful like her in my late 70s, there's nothing more I can complain. Heehee...


Tea time. The famous dessert shop. Mostly dairy sweet stuffs. Located at Largo do Senado (Senado Square), a stones's throw away from the fountain.




Steam egg with red bean. 红豆沙炖蛋


Steam milk. They call it "double layer" steam milk. 双皮奶


Ginger & milk. 姜汁撞奶






Mom loves the steam egg.




Dinner. Famous duck rice off San Ma Lo. Went there on the way back hotel from Casino Grand Lisboa.

Fresh vege. So green!


Barbeque pork. Char siew. Fattening I know! Just couldn't help eating..




Brunch. At the restaurant next to 义顺牛奶.




My favorite porridge. Boatmen's Porridge. 艇仔粥

Lunch. The most scrumptious meal I had in Macau. Sharkfin, abalone, crab.. you name it. Found it by accident when we came down from Ruins of St. Paul. Was raining so we just ran into it, but the food was really great.












Vege. This one not so nice. Too old....

My 2yee. The eggs were so damn hard, like chewing pebbles. But delicious.

Dinner. See umbrellas at the back? It was raining cats and dogs in Macau! Gosh... But I was still attracted by the banner opposite the street. 澳门猪扒包 Macau Pork Burger! I haven't had one yet.. So that was my dinner. Honestly we're very full after having the previous meal, so a light dinner was what I opted for.

Peppery taste. One is too big portion for me.

Breakfast. A coffee shop in the small alleys about 5 minutes walk from hotel. On the way to the Poker King almond cookies shop (read my previous post on cookie hunting).




Portugues style fish noodle. 葡汁鱼片面


Fried spaghetti. Forgot what's the name.. but it's a bit spicy, with ham.


Chee cheong fun and siew mai. Dishes of Chinese dim sum. 猪肠粉和烧卖
The sauce tastes like peanut butter.. Hmm.. not really liking it but worth a try.


So it has come to the end of my 3 day food hunt in Macau. Hope my info help you in your trip. I don't really care about the price of food when I go travel, so...if you have tight budget, don't blame me for introducing the sharkfin soup in the above ok.
