Colmar Tropicale at night & dinner at Le Poule Roti

Continue from previous post.

After dark we left the room for dinner. The lights were on, and this French Village had turned into a Christmas Town! At a quick glance it does look like Christmas Town to me, with stretch of light bulbs hanging across the street, from one building to another.. And I'm glad it was not crowded at all! Maybe most people would prefer to just spend an afternoon here, but not overnight. So it felt like the whole place was ours, just us!

Colmar Tropicale @ Berjaya Hills... the French Village in Malaysia

Colmar Tropicale snapshots. French Village under the sun.

It was my birthday. Everything was perfect. Baby drove me from KL to Colmar Tropicale for my birthday celebration. I was still in Valerie's gallery doing the bride's maid gown fitting the day before, but this time around it became my turn to find a wedding gown. =p
On the way up to Colmar Tropicale from Lebuhraya Karak (Karak Highway).

Very spacious indeed.

I actually like the bathroom. But there's no hair dryer... which is one of the most important thing to me during travelling.

Colmar Tropicale: Japanese Village, Botanical Garden & Ryo Zan Tei

This was the trip where I said I DO. Exactly half a year ago, during my birthday, the start of a next phase in my life, soon will be the end of my bachelorhood.

Colmar Tropicale is a very nice place for short vacation, for rejuvenation, for a romantic getaway. There's not just a French Village, but also a Japanese Village. And also a botanical garden amidst the Japanese Village.
