Restoran Nyonya Suan

Last month I went on a road trip with friends to Malacca/KL/Genting during the holiday on our King's birthday. Discovered this Nyonya cuisine restaurant during lunch time. One of the trip mates recommended as he's tried it a few times. It's just walking distance from the famous Menara Taming Sari of Malacca.


Colorful windows, I like it!! Classical feel.


For those who loves spicy food, you can choose the dishes with chili icons. There are dishes with one, two or three chilis.




Now see what "ho liao" that we've ordered. Udang lemak (Curry prawn with coconut milk).




Asam fish (Tamarind fish).




Otak-otak (Fish meat cake).




Sambal kangkung (Stir fry water spinach with sambal).




Sotong kunyit (Squid cooked in base of tumeric).




Ayam serai (Spicy lemongrass chicken).
