Our 2005 X-mas getaway -- Hong Kong (Day 6-8)

Ocean Park -- Hong Kong's local breed themepark. We're really loving it. Hmm... actually we love it more than Disneyland. Heheh.. Avenue of Stars at night was totally different from the daytime one. Romantic!!! maybe becuz it's Christmas time. Travelling to the Big Buddha was quite a suffering journey... It took us approximately 5 hours plus from Kowloon to Lantau Island and back to Hong Kong Island, taking MTR to Ngong Ping station and then interchange to bus. Only if the new Ngong Ping 360 had been opened, we would have saved a lot of time by taking the Ngong Ping Skyrail. Visiting museums are certainly a must if one goes travelling. For Hong Kong museums, they atually offered special tourist pass costing only HKD30 for unlimited entries to all of the museums in one week. So you see, gathering travel info before your trip is very important. It saves you lots of money and time. (^.^)
