Hai Boey Seafood at Teluk Kumbar, Penang. Worth a try. 3 words to describe: 平，靓，正 (cheap, nice, delicious). We did not make any reservation but the food was served within 15 minutes!
Take a look at the lively seafood.

But no matter where it escaped, still it'd fall into another aquarium.
