This was my first attemp to drop by at this restaurant while on the way to Ipoh from KL. It is recommended by my father's friends that this restaurant is famous for its fresh water fish and pork trotter. You can find this restaurant at the Sungkai town. Turn to Sungkai exit on the North-South Highway.
From the big variety of fishes, we ordered this cod-fish alike fresh water fish, sliced, simmered and served with special soy sauce, and garnished with deep fried ginger. The flesh is tender and juicy, with natural sweetness of seafood.
Another must try is the Pork Trotter. It is one of the signature dishes of this restaurant... (招牌猪手)
Another good choice - Steam clam with soy sauce... (清蒸啦啦)
Vegetable ordered as usual when we eat out. Fried Kangkong Belacan (马拉风光)
